The idea of starting my own company had been in my head for a long time. The driving force was the desire for freedom. As an employee, I often encountered limitations that prevented me from doing things better – fully utilizing available technology, automating design, managing projects efficiently, or unifying communication across the company. A creative team should be like a well-oiled machine, with no obstacles in its way. Only then it can focus on what matters most: a maximally satisfied customer who will return to us with because we delivered on our promises.
So, after twenty years in the industry, I decided to step up and do the things my way, without any limitations and founded EDSOL Innovations. I wish the entire team good luck and strong nerves on this journey.
